 Comrades,

We address you at a historical precipice. The global capitalist system, in its advanced stage of heightened imperialism, is characterized by deepening crises and escalating violence. The centers of imperial power—Washington, Brussels, London, Paris are intensifying their efforts to maintain a hegemony that is increasingly contested.

In the Global South, we are the primary targets of this aggression. The mechanisms of our oppression are calculated and brutal. We are strangled by illegitimate debt, wielded not as economic aid, but as a weapon of political control by institutions like the IMF and the World Bank. This economic warfare translates directly into systemic poverty, manufactured famine, and the daily reality of preventable death for our people.

This system of plunder is enforced by military interventions, sanctions, and the active collaboration of the comprador bourgeoisie, local elites who betray their nations to serve as agents of foreign capital. They are the internal garrison of the neocolonial order.

We must shatter the illusion that the struggles in the North and the South are separate. We face one common enemy: a globally organized imperialist ruling class.

The super-profits extracted from the South historically provided the material basis for the social and economic concessions in the North. But as the global crisis deepens and inter-imperialist rivalries sharpen, this arrangement is fracturing. The bourgeoisie is now aggressively rolling back those hard-won concessions. Austerity, privatization, the erosion of labor rights, and the drive toward war are accelerating in the North. Your fight and our fight are inextricably linked.

Imperialism is a chain that binds the entire world. While we fight to break the links of dependency and neocolonialism, you have the strategic responsibility to attack the chain at its source, the imperial core.

We recognize and honor the enduring legacy of international solidarity. We extend our profound gratitude to the comrades in the North who have consistently stood with us, from the historic anticolonial wars to contemporary liberation struggles. This history binds us.

Yet, today, we must acknowledge that our current level of coordination is insufficient to meet the challenges we face. We can no longer tolerate isolation. The centralized power of capital coordinated through NATO, financial markets, and multinational corporations demands a centralized resistance. Theoretical solidarity is meaningless without action. We shall advance strategic coordination. We must operationalize international solidarity—a militant, synchronized struggle aimed at dismantling the infrastructure of imperialism.

The upcoming Africa-France Summit in Nairobi, Kenya, is a council of neocolonial reorganization. As popular resistance movements across Africa challenge the old colonial pacts, French imperialism seeks new methods to secure resource extraction, maintain military footholds, and legitimize the comprador governments that facilitate their agenda. This summit is a direct act of aggression, and it must be met with a global response. This is the moment to actualize our unity.

We call upon the communist parties, trade unions, and progressive forces of the Global North, and particularly our comrades in France, to mobilize immediately:

1. Participate in the series of activities of the Pan-Africanism Summit against Imperialism: We must not leave the narrative to the imperialists. We call for organizations to aggressively expose and oppose the imperialist summit happening in Nairobi, Kenya through propaganda campaigns. From publishing leaflets, social media posts, interviews to holding webinars and forums, waging mass actions including rallies, pickets, petitions, and other forms that anti-imperialist organizations deem fit. These will ensure maximum disruption in the imperial centers—especially Paris—exposing the neocolonial nature of the reactionary summit and presenting our revolutionary alternative.

2. Support the Pan-Africanism Summit against Imperialism in all forms possible: We must move beyond declarations to concrete reflection and implementation. We are calling for your material, financial, logistical, and technical support as we conduct the PanAfricanism Summit against Imperialism. Comrades, the history of the revolutionary movement teaches us that victory is impossible without international unity. The enemy is organized and ruthless. Our response must be equally disciplined, strategic, and unified.

Let us move beyond fragmented efforts and build the coordinated global front necessary for victory.

End the Isolation!

The Anti Imperialist Struggle in West Asia and the World
28 Apr 2026 12:33

Intervention by Booker Omole Sovintern English Language Forum, Moscow, April 2026   Comrades,   The question before us is not whether a wider war will emerge in what is referred to as the Middle East, a term of colonial origin which obscures the real geography of struggle.   The reality is that war is already unfolding in West Asia.   What we are witnessing is not a series of isolated conflicts, but the development of a unified and expanding system of imperialist war.   This system reflects the deepening crisis of imperialism as a global formation.   West Asia has become [ ... ]
