Esteemed Comrades of the Partido Comunista De Venezuela,
The Communist Party of Kenya (CPK) extends its warmest greetings and most sincere well-wishes to the Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV) on the occasion of your 16th National Conference, scheduled for October 13th and 14th, 2023, in the vibrant city of Caracas. We hold great hope that this event will not only succeed but also significantly contribute to the ongoing struggles of the Venezuelan population.
In the true spirit of Socialist Internationalism, the Communist Party of Kenya seizes this moment to convey a message of hearty congratulations, unwavering friendship, and revolutionary solidarity to the dedicated leadership and membership of the PCV. CPK fervently wishes that the PCV leads fruitful discussions during this conference, especially during this pivotal historical juncture when imperialist forces have intensified their aggression against the working people of Venezuela. We stand firmly convinced that the people of Venezuela and the Bolivarian Republic will persist with dignity and unyielding resolve against the imperialist aggression manifest in the inhumane blockade and unjust sanctions, which have only grown harsher in recent years. We unequivocally denounce US imperialism and its allies, who employ every conceivable means, including brutal and unfair sanctions, against the Bolivarian Republic. The imperialist counter-revolutionary war waged upon Venezuela shall never extinguish the flame of popular democracy and the mass revolution ignited by the Bolivarian movement.
We have diligently observed the unfolding developments and events within the PCV and extend genuine support to the Communist Party of Venezuela in its defense of the right to exist as a revolutionary, Marxist-Leninist party, devoted to serving the entirety of the working people. We also stand shoulder to shoulder with you in your struggle to unite political, social, labor, peasant, and popular forces, forging a path toward a revolutionary solution to the inherent capitalist crisis afflicting Venezuela.
