The Communist Party of Kenya rejoices as justice prevails against the registrar of political parties, Anne Nderitu, and her cohorts involved in the thwarted coup attempt. In a significant legal blow to their machinations, the political parties dispute tribunal sitting in Nairobi has issued orders barring the disgraced Wachira, Kinuthia, and Anne Nderitu from interfering with the CPK membership register until the case is fully heard and determined.
Honorable Desma Nungo, the esteemed chairperson of the tribunal, demonstrated the integrity of the judiciary by safeguarding the democratic processes within the party. This ruling serves as a resolute message that no one, regardless of their position, is above the law. The tribunal's decision ensures that the CPK membership register remains intact and protected from unwarranted tampering.
In a disturbing revelation, a leaked audio circulating on Kenyan social media exposes the tribal bigotry of the disgraced Wachira, boasting to Kinuthia about an alleged unbreakable Kikuyu Axis within Nderitu’s office. Such divisive and discriminatory sentiments are deplorable and have no place in our society. It is disheartening to witness individuals entrusted with public office succumbing to corruption and engaging in tribal politics.
The CPK firmly denounces such behavior and upholds the principles of equality, unity, and justice for all Kenyans. Our party stands as a beacon of hope, transcending tribal boundaries and working towards a society based on fairness and solidarity.
As we celebrate this legal victory, we urge our members and supporters to remain vigilant and steadfast. Together, we shall continue to build a united front against opportunism and divisive tactics. The CPK remains committed to advancing the rights and welfare of the Kenyan people, guided by our unwavering principles.
We extend our gratitude to all those who have expressed solidarity during this challenging period. We call upon progressive organizations, social justice centers, and like-minded political parties both locally and internationally to stand with us in our pursuit of a just and egalitarian society.
Long live the CPK!
Down with corruption and tribalism!
